What`s the difference between " intelligent " and "clever"?

I see what the other answer is saying. But I can admit intelligence in an evil doer. And for my own answer, I could see someone not being satisfied with it also. Yet here I go... Clever suggest creativity. I would say "clever" is a word describing a product of creative thought. Intelligence can be knowledge. Knowledge is not always creative.

'Intelligent' is more used in situations where subject is doing good work (not evil) and 'clever' is more used when the subject does evil works. Ex: He is so intelligent, he finished that book in just 2 days. He cleverly fooled me.
