"koe-kto" is similar "kto-to". both means somebody "kto-to" can be somebody and anybody "koe-kto" always means somebody "vot" means here, this. you point at the subject. - Here you are. koe-kto , its same as "Someone" ! You use it when trying to hide the name of someone :)
