My friend is native american and he told me he likes me but we are just friend.
One day he said "silly we speak almost daily lol" I was little shoked what he said because I know the word Silly and LOl mean kind of megative.
Doesn't he want to speak daily? or he doesn't mean it but he just realize?
I think if you like me It is not silly to speak often or daily .

It's used here as a playful name, a term of endearment. This person considers you to be his/her friend, so he/she is calling you "silly" as a little joke - saying you are silly to think that you don't talk with him/her very often.
