I had to look it up. Check the literal meaning for "crease" and you'll understand the figurative meaning of "to annoy, to irritate." Or maybe it refers to a creased brow (from irritation)? Either way, it roughly means "it annoys me".

I have never heard someone say this :D Where did you hear it?
