1  表达意思一样
（1）	我看你还是不要去了。
（2）	我想你还是不要去了。
（3）	我说你还是不要去了
2 意思不一样
（1）	我看球赛。   （“看”是动词（verb）有look的意思）
（2）	我想看球赛。  (“想看”want,表示希望做什么事情Want to do something)
（3）	（要）我说，去看球赛吧。（“我说”+动词，人称代词，事情）
“我说”在中文中用的比较少，一般前面会加上“要”：要我说

They are different.

我看 = I think but sometimes "我看" has a simplified usage like "我看行！" which means I think it's ok!  And we don't say 我想行

我说 = I say  and sometimes it means "what I want to say is" ... like "我说，能不能借点儿钱给我。"

我想 = I think that.  It is often followed by a complete sentence not a phrase.
