"I will be arrived at 5." is incorrect. You could say, "I arrived at 5." which would mean you are talking about the past, and telling people when you arrived.
"I will be arriving at 5." is correct. It means you are talking about the future, and are telling people WHEN you will arrive.

As the others have said, "I will be arrived" is not grammatically correct. Perhaps you mean "I will HAVE arrived"?
I will have arrived at 5 = I will arrive by or before 5, for example at 3:30, 4:00, or 4:30.
I will be arriving at 5 = At exactly 5:00, I will arrive; I will be in the process of arriving at 5:00.
"I will have arrived" is future perfect, and "I will be arriving" is future continuous/progressive.
