the small 「つ」at the beginning
sometimes i find the small tsu at the beginning of a sentence, such as 「って」.
what could that mean and how to use it? also what other letters can be preceeded by the small tsu at the beginning of a sentence? thanks.

your question 「....×××」って? is that right?
It's hard to explain in English to me.
For example
A: Hi B, Oh! What's that ?
B: My resume. I am looking for a new job.
A: Wha...!? Don't you mean "you'll change your job?"
ええっ!? .......って、転職されるのですか?
B::That's right.
Hope this helps ^^

They're called Sokuon. When its used, you have to double the consonant which follows it.
ex. ちょっと まって!(chotto matte or chi-yo-tto matte [phonetic ver.]) -> "Wait a second!" in English
In this case we also have a small "yo" as well as "tsu". As far as I know "yo" is usually pronounced as it is. But notice that "tsu" doubles the "t" in "chotto" and "matte". It just means you hold the sound of letter for a bit longer when you say it.

I haven't watched the whole thing, but watch and listen to the way she says the words she has on the vid.
Hope this helped!!
