but I am not 100% sure because usually 러 has to be followed directly with a 가다 or 오다 ...  in your case, there is none.
if it is ㄹ란지 instead of ㄹ런지 it would make sense, because ㄹ라(고) is a colloquial form for (으)려고.  Hope a native could clarify
