They all look correct to me, although the requests to keep the bathroom and similar as they were might be considered rude by some Americans.
Note that there are many region-specific synonyms for "bathroom". In American homes, we tend to use the word "bathroom", while "restroom" is used in a restaurants and other public places. When the room is gender-specific, or even sometimes when it is not, we might call it the "men's room" or "ladies' room".
In other parts of the world, the term could be "toilet", "toilet room", "lavatory", "loo", "washroom", "water closet", and many slang alternatives.
When Americans say "toilet" we are referring specifically to the toilet itself, rather than going to the room where the toilet is found. Americans will also understand "washroom", however, the average American will think that when you say "lavatory" you really meant to say "laboratory". BTW: "lab" is short for laboratory...as well as a Labrador Retriever dog!

Hi, I think it is correct, though I would say "Please, leave the room the way you found it". It would be used in the spoken English. But I think that, for the written English, your way to say it is correct.
I hope I have helped.
