Perhaps this problem very important question Please ,Could you look at question ? Does "to be" use at the Present Perfect Tense ? For example : We use " I was happy " at the Past Simple Tense but How we use "to be" at the Present Perfect Tense ? I think Past Simple and Present Perfect are both very complicated, aren't they? Yes, "I have been" has many uses. Remember that the perfect tense implies that the action is already completed and suggests that whatever "I have been" might no longer hold true.
