Hi Salem, this is a more nuanced answer but even English speakers sometimes say things incorrectly in spoken English. Although, the three answers above are correct, you sometimes hear, "I much rather stay here with you" as well even though it's technically incorrect. I think in a conversation, a typical native English speaker won't notice it. However, it's different in written English. I hope this helps!

You normally hear it with a contraction: " I'd much rather stay here with you". You do need "would" ('d) - and we need to hear it! - otherwise the sentence is wrong.
