Oh God philosophy ^^ I go try explain:
In philosophical context , ethics and morals have different meanings . Ethics is associated with the reasoned moral values that guide human behavior in society study , while morals are the customs , rules , taboos and conventions established by each company .
The terms have different etymological origin . The word " ethics " comes from the Greek " ethos " which means " way of being " or "character." Have the word "moral " has its origin in the Latin word " morales " which means " on the customs."
Ethics is a body of knowledge derived from the research of human behavior when trying to explain the moral rules in a rational, reasoned , scientific and theoretical . It is a reflection on morality .
Morale is the set of rules applied in daily and continuously used by each citizen . These rules guide every individual , guiding their actions and their judgments about what is moral or immoral , right or wrong , good or bad .
In practical sense , the purpose of ethics and morals are very similar . Both are responsible for building the foundation that will guide man's conduct , determining its character, selflessness and virtue , and by teaching the best way to act and behave in society.
I hope had help you :)

They are roughly synonymous and can almost be used interchangeably.
Two clear differences: the word "moral" is often used in connection with sexual behavior, "ethical" never is. Conversely, "ethical" is often used in connection with business dealings, "moral" never is.
Thus: "Yes, I signed a contract agreeing that the deposit was nonrefundable, but I gave you plenty of notice and what you did was totally unfair. It might have been legal, but it was unethical." "Immoral" would be a poor choice of words here.
With regard to sexual behavior, the famous American novelist Ernest Hemingway wrote: "So far, about morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after." That is a strong expression of opinion, some would agree and some would disagree. But almost nobody would agree with the sentence "What is ethical is what you feel good after and what is unethical is what you feel bad after."
To me, "moral" almost has a religious dimension: absolute right vs. wrong, good vs. evil. "Ethical" has a philosophical or pragmatic dimension, fair vs. unfair.
Many professional organizations have formal codes and standard of ethics. The word used is "ethics," not "morality."
