What does 調子　Mean?
Ive asked this question before but I dont know what 調子　means... It has many meanings in the dictionary:

調子【ちょうし】 (n) tune, tone, key, pitch, time, rhythm, vein, mood, way, manner, style, knack, condition, state of health, strain, impetus, spur of the moment, trend, (P)

What does 調子　Mean?

How's it going?  「調子どう？」　→調子はどうですか？　
I'm under the weather. 「調子悪いんだ」　→気分が優れません

I'm in a good mood.　｢調子いい！」　
I'm in a bad mood. 「調子わるい！」

I think generally it express physical or mental condition.
Maybe it originally came from musical expression.  But today we use this mailnly these meanings.
