There is not a "correct" way to learn English. Every learner is different. But there are some tips that most learners can use.
1. Remind yourself that it's okay to be imperfect and try to speak immediately. The sooner you start to speak with the words you learn, the sooner you will be comfortable. If you wait until you know enough to start speaking, then you will always feel like there's more to learn and get frustrated.
2. Be committed to it and practice daily in all the areas of a language: reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar study. But also be willing to take breaks to help your brain process all the new information you are giving it. I have found that sometimes working daily for a few weeks and then taking a week-long break can help me progress. You just have to be careful and be sure to start back up again after the break!
3. Set specific goals with a deadline for completion and reward yourself with something you enjoy when you complete your goal on time.

Well it varies person to person. My advise to you is to practise speaking and get into a habit of speaking in English. Initially you may find it difficult but with practise you will improve and before you know it, you will master the language. Read books and articles or even read newspapers daily. Schedule a time where you are only dealing in English and set goals. As with any language you have to be patient and with time you will feel confident and become fluent in English.
