I would say さびしくなります(or さみしくなります). I think there are several translations depends on the person. My version is: 私はあしたこのまちをあとにします(or さります)。彼に会えなくなるのがとてもさびしいです(or いちばんさびしいことです)。 I hope this helps you. ; )
