aura = future tense of avoir (3rd person singular) il y a = there is il y aura = there will be

It's the future (third person) of the verb 'avoir'. 'Il y a un festival dans mon ecole" = There is a festival in my school. 'Il y aura un festival dans mon ecole" = There will be a festival in my school.
