Both are correct, Vitor. Concerning collective nouns as government and family, a singular auxiliary [Does] is used in American English, and a plural one [Do] is used more frequently in British English.
The government (are) planning many changes = BrE
The government (is) planning many changes = AmE
Good luck.

In the UK collective nouns can be both singular and plural, depending on what you want to emphasise. The same applies in Australia, although we're much more likely to use the singular form.
In the US, collective nouns are always treated as singular (unless you're using the plural form of the word ie. 'families').
So you can only say "Does your family..." in the US, but you can say both in Australia and the UK. I'm not sure about other English-speaking countries.
