I have three older sisters and two younger brothers. The word 'siblings' is a bit too official or academic-sounding for everyday conversation. We tend to just say 'brothers and/or sisters'.

Do you mean order of siblings?You can say are you the eldest/youngest/middle child?

I use 'siblings' in every day English whereas I don't tend to say 'brothers and sisters'. And the conversation might go: A: "Do you have siblings?" B: "Yes, I have two." A: "Where do you come in the family?" B: "I'm the middle child. I have one elder sister and one younger sister."
