I think that one way to say it would be: "당신은 누구와 사랑에 빠지는 걸 선택할 수 있습니다." But I'm not really sure if it's the most natural way to say it. However, the sentence I previously wrote is grammatically correct. My doubt is just about the word 선택하다. I hope I'd helped you! :)
