¡Hello Kevin! Those expressions belong to a spanish variation used in some parts of Antioquia - Colombia, this variation is known as "Parlache" and is very informal. The first word "gonorrea" has two meaning, if you search it in a dictionary you'll find that is a venereal disease, but it is also used to describe something unpleasant, it's considered a bad word. The second expresion "suerte pues mijo" can be used to wish good luck to someone or to tell someone that is not welcome and has to leave.
