Custom-sized

Do you "accept" the size from the customer or do you "decide on the size" based on your own measurements? Is this clothing or something else? If you accept the customer's design and size, a physical product would be "custom built" or "custom made". If you took at standard product and altered it for the customer, it would be "customized."
