No difference. "Like" is a verb that accepts either a gerund or an infinitive as an object.

The two are often interchangeable, particularly in US English.
However, there is sometimes a difference, particularly in British English. We often use the 'to' form to talk about something which we do because it is useful, wise, helpful or advisable. For example, 'I like to back up my work on disc every few pages' or 'I like to see my dentist regularly'. These are not enjoyable activities, but you want to do them because they are good things to do. This contrasts with 'I like snowboarding', which means that you actually find the activity enjoyable.
