How can I say "My name is Stas. I love Spain" in Spanish,French,Portuguesse, Chinese?

In Spain we say "Me encanta" rather than "Amo" which is used in South America, when you want to say "I love something ". In Spain we use Amo for people, but not much. We prefer to say "Yo quiero a" for "I love" someone. Or "Te quiero" for "I love you". I don't know other Spanish people but I don't use the expression "Te amo", neither people around me.
