"Þar til", "fram að" and "fram á" From what I gathered, all three phrases can be translated to English as "until". What is the difference between them?

In my head "Þar til" is by far the most used. "Fram að" should mean exactly the same though but those to mean until. So until the 9th would mean it doesn't include the 9th. But "Fram á" means until the 9th and including the 9th. Icelanders normally just take it into account to begin with and don't include the date we're saying.
