I think you meant "煎薄餅"? Both are Chinese pastries. 煎薄餅 refers to the type pf pan fried pastry with chives and ham in it and it's generally a lot thinner, hence "薄". 煎餅, on the other hand, is a pastry that's rolled up with fillings inside - those fillings (in my experience at least) are a lot more varied than 煎薄餅, and you can get a lot of flavours and fillings.
It might help if you Googled / Baidu-ed these and look at the photos?
By the way I like 煎薄餅 better - when it's fried well, it's crispy but too crispy like when you fry something. It's really nice!
