The KTX ticket is regarded as a receipt. 운행 요금 means "transport fare" 영수액 means "amounts received"

Hi Rubby, 운행 요금 = service fee (simply the transportation fee itself) 영수액 = price charged (the total price you have to pay) Hope this helps!
