Hi Maria Elisa, Don't worry. All you need to do is report a problem with the session after it's over and then say whether you want a refund or to reschedule. We don't want you to pay for a class that your teacher missed. Don't worry. I am sure this situation will be resolved quickly. I doubt you will lose your money as you have to confirm that the lesson took place. Only then italki transfers ITC to teacher's account.
