no why. When we talk about "something is hard", we say: something 有难度. "is hard" is "be + adj", "有难度" is "have + noun", it's like "I have a dog". I don't know why, we just say like that.... in english, we say: I am 21, in french we say: j'ai 21 ans. "ai" means "have", if you ask french people why it isn't "be", they will say: I don't know.... lol

1. ■■有一点 (yǒu yì diǎnr) At times you may want to politely say something is overwhelming or uncomfortable by saying "a little too." For example, if you are reading the book which you don't understand well, you might say, "it's a little difficult". In that case, you can use 有点 (yǒu diǎn) or 有一点 (yǒu yì diǎnr). “这本书有点难” or “这本书有一点难”. Here "难" means "difficult; not easy". ■■Structure To say that something is "a little ... " or "a bit ...", 有点 (yǒu diǎn) or 有一点 (yǒu yì diǎnr) are often used (and the Northern versions 有点儿 (yǒudiǎn er) and 有一点儿 (yǒu yīdiǎn er)). ■■■■Subject + 有点(儿) / 有一点(儿) + Adjective Note that for someone speaking, the adjective after “有点 (儿) (yǒudiǎn (er))” expresses a passive or negative meaning, so we don't say the expressions “有点高兴 (yǒudiǎn gāoxìng),” “有点舒服 (yǒudiǎn shūfu),” “有点好玩儿 (yǒudiǎn hǎowánr),” etc. ■■Examples 她 有点 生气 。 Tā yǒudiǎn shēngqì. She's a little angry. 我 有点 饿 。 Wǒ yǒudiǎn è. I'm a bit hungry. ■■ Reference http://resources.allsetlearning.com/chinese/grammar/Expressing_%22a_little_too%22_with_%22you_dian%22

It is omitted. ------------------------------------------ 1第四课汉字 2有一点儿 3难。 1你 2很 3帅。 “有一点儿” means a little bit. -----------------------------------------
