Have had is the present perfect tense. Have got is the same as have but it is for possession, relationship, illnesses, etc. I have got a new car o I have a new car. I've got a headache or I have a headache I've got two brothers or I have two brothers

"have had" is to have something in the past, but not to have it anymore. For example: "I have had 2 dogs and 1 cat in my life." "have got" is a more formal way of saying you "must" or "need". For example: "You have got to find a find a job soon."
