I want to perfect my spanish, because of my spanish blood.

You could also say, "I want to perfect my Spanish, because of the Spanish blood in me," or "I want to perfect my Spanish, because I have Spanish blood in me." Don't forget to capitalize "Spanish", as well as the names of other nationalities and languages.
