امرئ = man (root:مرأ) . الاهتداء = guidance , verbal noun of the verb "اهتدى" = "to be guided" , (root:هدى). يتمكن من = be able to ليتمكن كل امرئ من الاهتداء إلى نجمته = for every man (person) to be able of being guided to his star (in other words, to be led to his star).
