穿 often means 'You or your body get through something which has a hole'. Imagine that the coats, the trousers, the skirts all lool like a hole. When you wear them, you should get through them. It is equivalent to the fact that you get through a cave. 戴 often means 'You put something on the surface of your body(or a part of your body), for example a hat, a badge, studs, a necklace, a brooch, earrings, a mask etc.' 带- just means 'You takes something with you.' It has nothing to do with you. You can 带/take nearly all the things above.

I dont think 带和服装有关，带basically means take，you take something/someone with you. but of course you can 带上你的衣服（take ur clothes with you）。 戴matches with 帽子，手表，眼镜，戒指，耳机 etc。 穿matches with all kinds of 衣服，裤子and鞋子

带：to bring（take something with yourself） 戴：to wear (small things ,ring/glove/scarf.....accessories) 穿：to wear (clothes,shoe,socks,pants)
