Why do few woman philosophers exist in the world? What's the main reasons? Is woman less smart than man? Or is there certain limitaions sep up barriers on the way of a woman's way to be a philosopher?

I think this area has been dominated by men for a very long time. In old cultures (and in some cultures, especially in the middle east, this still is the case) women were supposed to sit at home and produce children. Nowadays in the west and in the far east it's more common for women to strive for a career and share their ideas and philosophy. Over time there will be more female philosophers I think. It's important that we utilize all potential in the world, it would be foolish to exclude people from philosophical thoughts just because they're not male.
Sometimes it's really hard for women though. Like in Saudi Arabia where women aren't even allowed to drive. There still is a gap between women and men in those societies so it'll take several years, perhaps even hundreds of years, to make women and men equal all over the world.

Unfortunately i have to agree to a major extend with Harregarre :). I believe that philosophers were more likely to teach males than females, obviously for social reasons. Still :), philosophy has no sex, it is the same for everybody. Sexual attraction therefore is an obstacle to teaching philosophy.
Another reason can be that philosophy, so to say the desire for 'wisdom' , may have been less attractive to women, particularly again for social reasons.
Anyway, philosophy itself has no 'product'. It is the 'vehicle' which journeys science and imagination and its steering wheel is 'ethics', the value which Socrates died for.
Driving without a steering wheel might hurt someone...
