Well, my ideas are usually clear to me. It is unclear how to implement my ideas. And in order to implement them I may need to get my ideas together.

i think that clarify ideas is used when you are confused about something and the other one is when you need to looking for the ideas for to talk, jaja i don't know.

Both are correct. Sentence 1 is more formal. Sentence 2 more informal. I am not sure I use either very much...probably more likely to say "I need to clarify my thoughts"...so I guess 'clarify' is more natural for me. But that is just my own personal view.
