How to say "but at the same time"
For example "I feel like nobody's looking at me but at the same time I feel that everybody is" or "I'm scared but at the same time I still need to do this." Could you just use 는데

=> (literally) 아무도 안 보는 것 같지만 동시에 모두가 보는 것 같기도 해
=> (more natural) 아무도 안 보는 것 같지만 또 한편으론 모두가 보는 것 같기도 해.
=> (alternatively) 아무도 안 보는 것 같은데 한편으론 모두가 보는 것 같기도 해.

"I'm scared but at the same time I still need to do this."
=> (literally) 무섭지만 그래도 이걸 해야만 해.
=> (literally) 무서운데 그래도 이걸 해야만 해.

You can use 는데 but -지만 seems to be a better choice (-지만 is a good fit for "but" in general).
