Yes you can use those phrase. You said but depending on what you are buying would depend on what sounds better.

Example: buying toy, clothing, -i" will buy it" for when someone is helping you.

Buying like lunch in group setting & someone asks if you for your order.. On your order " i will have that" would be fine.
