This is a ritual expression. Whenever you meet someone else for the first time you say はじめまして。デリーシャです。どうそよろしくおねがいします。This is the formal way to say it. So you use both words together. Btw ending the last sentence with just "よろしく" could be considered very rude depending on who you're introducing yourself to.
