Difference between じゃあ、じゃ、では、それでじゃ and それでは？
Anyone can tell me the difference between じゃあ、じゃ、では、それじゃ and それでは？
All of them mean "well, well then, in that case (introducing a sentence to conclude the previous conversation)". There is any difference? When should I use each one? Examples?

では is an abbreviation of それでは and often pronounced じゃ in colloquial.
