I am a big fan of podcasts that provide a transcript. I listen to the podcast without the transcript first to improve my oral comprehension and then I read the transcript to identify unknown words and to examine the grammatical constructions. The first three sites are specifically for people learning Spanish. The last is a site for a radio program, but they provide transcripts for many of their episodes. Tilo, on youtube search the easylanguage channel, they teach many languages, the Spanish videos come with subtitles in Spanish and English. I find them very helpful
