There's an old saying.. "Men never forgive, but eventually forget. Women eventually forgive, but they never forget. Ever."

The saying holds some truth, but it's been shown that if you don't forget, the problem or issue will continue to torment you and can actually lead to physical illness.

Yes it is a proven fact....Oftenly we always forgive people for their mistakes or there actions...but to forget we never do....it's like reading a book u read, finish and close the book ...but u will never forget what u read.

OBVIOUSLY, ITS TRUE. ITS REALLY EASY TO FORGIVE THEN TO FORGET COZ ONCE YOU FORGIVE, YOU WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU DID A GREAT DEED. BESIDES, LIFE IS FULL OF INCIDENTS AND ACCIDENTS SO WHENEVER YOU COME ACROSS THINGS RELEVANT TO YOUR PAST, YOU WILL RECALL YOUR MEMORIES AND GO INTO FLASHBACK INSTANTLY TO REMEMBER THAT FORGIVENESS. SIMULTANEOUSLY, OUR MINDS HAVE THE POTENTIALS TO RETAIN MEMORIES. AND TO FORGET THINGS WHICH HAD SEVERELY AFFECTED OUR LIVES IS NOT THAT EASY.
