hi adriana, I think watching english tv series or listening to english songs will help your listening skills. Also, when watching tv shows, try to imitate the accents of the people. I suggest listening to podcast/radio or there are some videos on youtube which will help you. Try to do 10 minutes per day and you will be amazed by how much you improve soon. For writing, i suggest reading english books. personally, Roald dahl is the best in my opinion, also books such as percy jackson is easy to understand. Hope that helps! Good luck!
