Cook or To Cook? I have found the following sentence that seems a little strange to me. "I helped my sister cook..." Is it possible to say:" I helped my sister TO cook...." ? ( if I had to traslate this sentence from Italian to English literally, I would say so) Is it wrong? Thank you!

Yes, you can say either of those. In fact, 'help' is an unusual verb because you have a choice of how to follow it. You can say either 'I helped my sister cook' or 'I helped my sister to cook'. Both of these are correct and there is no difference in meaning.
