动词＋得差不多了
i’m wondering if my sentences that include 动词＋得差不多了 are correct：

1）
王先生要买你们公司的电脑，这件事谈得怎么样了？
这件事已经谈得差不多了。

2）
客人都来了吗？可以开始了吗？
他们来得差不多了。

I added 已经 to the first, but I’m not sure if that’s allowed..

第二个例子“他们来得差不多了”，单看完全正确，但和上面的话结合起来，就有一点怪。如果换成我，我可能更愿意说成“来得差不多了”或“已经来的差不多了”。
