There are many ways to say them, all evolving around 세월(time perceived as a long period) and 시간(time).

over time => 세월과 함꼐, 시간과 함꼐, 시간 따라, 시간이 감에 따라, (긴) 시간에 걸쳐서.
in time (when used in the sense of "on time") => 시간에 맞춰(서), 제 시간에, 시간에 맞게.
as time passes.." => 세월이 가면(서), 세월이 흐르면(서), 시간이 갈수록, 시간이 지나면(서).
with time => 시간과 함꼐, 시간이 감에 따라, 시간이 갈수록.

Examples (including Toi Kodály's English sentences):

- As time passes you start to notice the sunrise and care less about the money in your pocket.
=> 세월이 가면서 뜨는 해는 더 눈에 띄고 [마음에 와 닿고] 가진 돈엔 관심이 없어진다.

- Over time you start to notice small wrinkles from smiling too often.
=> 세월과 함께 잦은 웃음으로 생기는 잔주름이 더 눈에 띄게 된다.
