Community-TutorIs this correct?
Sorry, what I wanna say is " Because I like to plan the travel on my own, I think I will much more understand what consumers really need." (when I transfer the customer role into an employee )

If i translate your words into English word by word, then it becomes like this
Because I *자신(myself)에(place/location marker)* like a free trip plan.
When i replace a customer with an employee, I help others better with my understanding.
It is hard to understand what you want to say

It is not immediately clear but my guess is that you wanted to say something like this:
Or,
=> I love to travel on my own planning, and if I imagine myself as a travel agent instead of a travel consumer, I think I would excel at helping other travelers with an understanding attitude.
(That is, you'd do well because you have a first hand experience and passion for traveling on your own)
In your sentence, 바꿀 때 is too rigid sounding. It should be 바꿔 생각해 보면, 바꿔 생각한다면, 바꾼다고 (가정)하면, and so on. And if you have a hypothetical phrase like 바꿔 생각해 보면, you should end the sentence with a supposition, like -ㄹ 것입니다 or -(이)라 믿습니다.
