simply by speaking with a person, though i agree that tv serials and movies helps a lot but they are one way, u r not replying to their dialogues so if u want to speak fluent englsih, then start speaking. don't need to have any kind of fear coz practice makes a man and a women perfect. good luck :)

To me, the best form is conversation with a Inglês constantly, and sameone with your language that know speak ingles ;)

watch English TV shows and listen to English music with subtitles of your language and find someone here who can practice with you
