almost the same things. just use in different ways. like when i wanna say that i dont want you go. you should say 我舍不得你走。you can also say 我不舍得你走,but it just sounds little weird. 不舍得 usually used in a question。 are you willing to give it to me? 你舍不舍得把这个东西给我？ anyway. it is better to use 舍不得 in other sentences. because it sounds normal to chinese, at least nornal to north chinese.
