It's not a question so there is no need to answer it. You could say: "Do you have itchy feet?" The answers would be "yes" or "no". In case you don't know, "itchy feet" has a physical meaning but also a figurative meaning to describe someone who is not happy in his or her place and is thinking of moving.

Following on from the other answers, if you mean 'How can I respond when someone says "I have itchy feet" ?', the conversation could go like this: Your friend: I've got itchy feet. You: Oh? Why's that? Your friend: I've been in the same job for ten years now, and I think it's time to move on.

"I have got itchy feet" is not a question and therefore it does not require an answer. "I have got itchy feet" is an idiom that indicates someone wants to travel.

The statement is wrong grammatically. It should be, "I have itchy feet" or "I got itchy feet". You cannot have the "have got" combination. Not proper English. More like pidgin.

"Mr. Creep is far from sweet. He's got three legs and smelly feet..." Was it in this sense?
