You'll have to provide more information about the industry you are working in.  I'm sure there are  words in English for the titles you mention, but it's technical language that probably native speakers in the industry would know. Others not (even native speakers). I'm sure there are some good technical dictionaries out there to answer your question, but I'm not even sure of the industry you are talking about so it's impossible to tell you where to start.
