My response to your question is as follows: Look for: Searching something which is lost or not visible. And you are searching that object using your eyes For Example: I am looking for my mobile. It was in my bag but now it is not there. Seek: Searching something you need and you are not able to do/make yourself. Also, you are searching that using your sense/mind. Example: I would like to seek your expert advice because my knowledge and common sense is insufficient in this regard Or I am seeking job in a better company because i am not happy with the current work environment and I can not change the work environment Hope, it will help you.
